Thank you for shopping with Proper Finds UK. This policy explains how we process and deliver UK orders.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive tracking details when available.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 4–11 working days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary slightly during busy periods, severe weather or courier delays.

Shipping costs

Standard UK delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Where orders are dispatched from

Products may be dispatched from a UK warehouse or directly by one of our fulfilment partners. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number or link after dispatch. Tracking information can take a short time to update.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfilment.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the fulfilment partner or courier to help resolve it.
